Gibts irgendwelche Unterschiede in der Performance Skalierung mit hoher Zahl an Kernen?

Es ist ja einiges an Encoder updates drinnen.
 
Ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert.

Bei heise steht heute im Artikel zum 3950x:

Der Video-Transcoder Handbrake kann mit dem Ryzen 9 3950X 83,8 Bilder pro Sekunde umwandeln (Fast-Preset, 1080p, 30-fps-Video) – knapp 20 Prozent mehr als der Ryzen 9 3900X und mehr als doppelt so viel wie der Core i9-9900K.
 
Das klingt ja schonmal vielversprechend! Hängt auch sicherlich davon ab ob man in 264 oder 265 encodiert. Scheinbar kann der h.265/x265 codec erheblich besser mit vielen Kernen umgehen als noch der alte x264/h264
