Considering the high price of video memory, AMD will adjust its product line structure starting in 2026. This mainly involves slight adjustments to the production capacity of various GPU models, with a primary strategy favoring the sale of 8GB models.
AMD and its AIB partners will focus on selling 8GB models, particularly the RX 9060 XT 8GB series and RX 7650 GRE, maximizing production capacity. For 16GB models, the focus will remain on the RX 9060 XT 16GB and RX 9070 XT series, while production of the RX 9070 and RX 9070 GRE series will be significantly reduced, with a weakening of sales efforts. These adjustments to product structure and supply will be a long-term sales strategy for AMD and its AIB partners in the mainland China market.
