The next results are in and the teams can now concentrate on the last two disciplines. We will see in the next few hours who still has to go through the green hell and if the ingredients for the respective magic potions arrive in time.

City Run in gravitys pull (Einstein@Home)
The victory belongs to GPUUG, who once more could show their strength on this track and thus repeat last years triumph. TAAT did not stand a chance in the end, but should be content with Silver. Behind them, Ukraine earn their first single medal and can be happy with Bronze. Congratulations.

LTT are left with only #4, by which they lose important points for the overall standings. SG (#5) crossed the finish line by firing a booster, which did not earn them anything, except for leaving P3D (#6) even more alone. With that, the Green Planet got their worst single result since 2020.

BOINC@AUSTRALIA, on the other hand, can be more than happy, because with #7, the kangaroos have their highest rank since 2021, and with that confirm their strong competition this year. CNT came in in #8 and are thus a bit worse than in the other disciplines. AF will be ok with #9, since this is their best result this year.

[H] did not have any problems in the end and secured #10. NT (#11) did not have enough reserves left in the end to be able to follow. While LITOMYSL calmly went over the finish line in #12, RKN finally activated their computing power and conquered #13. On the last day they opened the throttle and zoomed past EVGA, who are left with #14.

As BOINC.Italy had already feared, their sprint to catch up was not successful. Not much was missing to pass B^S (#15), but unfortunately it was not enough in the end. Now, they have to settle in #16. 2ch brought in #17 and caught MK after a rousing finish, who themselves are now left with #18.

AMD, who could watch this all in peace, are in #19. Close enough for a detailed view, too far off to join the game. BC secured #20, also because Chinese Dream (#21) did not do much anymore in the end.

Marathon (MilkyWay@home)
So, now what is the situation in the Milky Way? The gaps are naturally already big. Those who want to attack should not wait for the last hours, and are well-advised to start accelerating today.

Ukraine are leading the competition and the probability for their victory gets bigger by the hour. TAAT do not seem to be willing to attack. That might be the opportunity for P3D to let lose the green hell. Will they use this chance?

Behind them, an attack by LTT, SG, and CNT is unlikely, since the Sprint probably takes priority for this trio. Or will the Czechs surprise us? I am not so sure about GPUUG in #7, although AF are not actually known for final spurts. At least, there is probably no danger from behind for both teams.

The speed of [H] (#9), BOINC@AUSTRALIA (#10), and RKN (#11) is not high enough to really get forward. It is, however, pretty close and intense within this trio. A lot could happen here on the final day.

Also behind them, between BOINC.Italy and 2ch a lot can happen. The Italians bounced past and want to break away. NT are still in #14 but are allowing MK and EVGA to get closer. The two pursuers are intensively wrestling with each other and could incidentally surprise NT.

For LITOMYSL #17 is probably their final spot, since AMD, Chinese Dream, BC, and B^S are not quick enough and it does not look like any of these teams have enough power left for an attack.

Sprint (NFS@Home)
Here, the rocket of suspense has lifted off. We have three teams with chances to win at the moment. LTT are currently leading ahead of TAAT and Ukraine. The gaps are close and they are going at similar speeds. Every intermediate spurt and every slip could be decisive.

P3D are left with #4 for now, and SG so far also cannot follow the pace. But the duo could very well be capable of getting started. For AF in #6, it is really going well, which would be a glimmer of hope. But CNT, [H], and GPUUG are close and up to plucking the rooster. Especially the Czechs are getting ready to do so.

NT in #10 are staying out of this and are trying to calmly bring this result over the finish line. We will see if the infighting teams RKN (#11) and MK are able to spoil this plan. During the City Run the race to catch up was not successful but now it worked out: BOINC.Italy (#14) snatch EVGA (#15) and are getting away from BOINC@AUSTRALIA and AMD, who left 2ch (#18) behind.

Chinese Dream are set in #19, but cannot catch up to the Japanese. It is still open whether B^S are able to follow the dreamers, while BC do not seem to be seriously sprinting at all.

Overall Standings
After three completed disciplines, we have a clearer picture now. This brings some definiteness, but on the other hand shows some opportunities. Probably nobody will be able to push TAAT from the top position, but the situation behind that is not as obvious. LTT and Ukraine seem to be safe, but that might be misleading. Both are benefiting from their respective lead in the Sprint and the Marathon. Some changes here could alter the picture. This also means that P3D are not completely out of the medal race yet. More is required from the Green Planet, so that they really have to earn this.

SG are most likely left with #5 and CNT with #6, also due to the fact that their competitors are stealing points from each other. GPUUG (#7) could make both of them sweat with a strong result in the Sprint, but I do not expect that. [H], however, could attack GPUUG. They have nothing to lose.

AF, BOINC@AUSTRALIA, and NT are too far off for that. But especially the Australians still have a lot of potential, because they are performing really well in the Sprint. Behind them, #12 is looking good for RKN, because LITOMYSL would have to massively improve to stir something up here.

It is also still open who will end up in #14. Right now, BOINC.Italy are slightly in front, but MK are close. It will probably be #16 for EVGA, because 2ch are already pretty far behind.

Who will end up with the lantern rouge at the finish line? That is still completely open. AMD in #18 are in the best position to avoid that, but Chinese Dream, BC, and B^S are only a hairs breadth away. The Sprint will probably bring the decision here.

Les résultats suivants sont tombés et les équipes peuvent donc se concentrer sur les deux dernières disciplines. Nous verrons au cours des prochaines heures qui devra encore traverser l'enfer vert et si les ingrédients pour diverses potions magiques arriveront encore à temps.

Course Urbaine avec attraction (Einstein@Home)
La victoire va à GPUUG, qui a encore pu jouer de sa force sur cette piste et a ainsi répété sa victoire de l'an dernier. À la fin, TAAT n'avait plus aucune chance, mais elle devrait être satisfaite de sa médaille d'argent. Derrière, l'Ukraine a mérité son premier podium individuel et peut se réjouir de la médaille de bronze. Toutes nos félicitations!

Ce sera seulement la 4e place pour LTT, qui perd donc des points importants pour le classement général. SG (#5) a passé la ligne d'arrivée avec un turbo-boost, mais celui-ci ne lui a rien apporté sinon de laisser P3D (#6) encore plus seule. La Planète Verte a ainsi récolté son pire résultat individuel depuis 2020.

BOINC@AUSTRALIA, en revanche, peut être plus que satisfaite, car avec sa 7e place, elle a décroché son meilleur classement depuis 2021 et confirme donc qu'elle est en jambes cette année. CNT a passé la ligne d'arrivée à la 8e place, un peu moins bien que dans les épreuves précédentes. L'AF devrait être contente de sa 9e place, car c'est pour l'instant son meilleur classement cette année.

[H] avait le feu au derrière à la fin et a sécurisé la 10e place. Finalement, NT (#11) n'avait plus assez de réserves pour pouvoir la suivre. Tandis que LITOMYSL a tranquillement passé la ligne d'arrivée en 12e, RKN a enfin réveillé sa propre puissance de calcul pour conquérir la 13e place. Elle a vraiment appuyé sur le champignon le dernier jour et a dépassé EVGA en trombe, à qui il ne reste que la 14e place.

Comme je le craignais, la course de rattrapage de BOINC.Italy n'a pas été récompensée. Il ne manquait pas grand-chose pour qu'elle passe devant B^S (#15), mais cela n'a pas suffi. C'est donc la 16e place qui s'inscrit au tableau. Le rang 17 a été remporté par 2ch, qui a pris MK par surprise avec un sprint final tout aussi fulgurant; il ne reste donc à ces derniers que la 18e place.

Le rang 19 revient aux AMD, qui ont pu regarder le spectacle tranquillement. Ils étaient assez près pour voir les détails, mais trop loin pour intervenir. BC a sécurisé la 20e place, ce qui s'explique aussi par le fait que Chinese Dream (#21) n'a plus fait grand-chose à la fin.

Marathon (MilkyWay@home)
Quelle est la situation sur la Voie Lactée? Les écarts sont déjà grands par nature. Les équipes qui veulent encore attaquer ne devraient donc pas attendre les dernières heures et seraient bien conseillées d'accélérer dès aujourd'hui.

L'Ukraine mène le peloton et à chaque heure qui passe, les chances de victoire augmentent. TAAT ne semble pas vouloir attaquer. Ce serait l'occasion pour P3D de déchaîner l'enfer vert. Profitera-t-elle de cette opportunité?

Derrière, LTT, SG et CNT ne devraient probablement pas attaquer, car le Sprint est certainement prioritaire pour ce trio. À moins que les Tchèques nous surprennent encore? Je ne considère pas encore la 7e place comme acquise pour GPUUG, même si l'AF se fait rarement remarquer par de grands sprints finaux. Au moins, il ne semble pas qu'une menace vienne de l'arrière pour ces deux équipes.

La vitesse de [H] (#9), BOINC@AUSTRALIA (#10) et RKN (#11) ne suffit pas pour progresser davantage. En revanche, l'ambiance est très animée et très tendue entre ces trois-là. Il pourrait encore se passer des choses le dernier jour.

Derrière aussi, tout est encore possible entre BOINC.Italy et 2ch. Les Italiens sont passés avec brio et aimeraient bien se poser maintenant. NT se balade encore au rang 14, mais, du coup, elle laisse MK et @EVGA s'approcher de plus en plus. Les deux poursuivants se livrent une lutte acharnée et pourraient encore surprendre NT en passant.

Pour LITOMYSL, la 17e place devrait aussi être le classement final, car AMD, Chinese Dream, BC et B^S ne sont pas assez rapides, et il ne semble pas non plus que ces équipes aient encore suffisamment de force pour une attaque.

Sprint (NFS@Home)
La fusée du suspense a décollé. Pour l'heure, trois équipes ont des chances de victoire. LTT mène actuellement devant TAAT et l'Ukraine. Les écarts sont serrés et la vitesse similaire; le moindre sprint intermédiaire ou le moindre dérapage peut être décisif ici.

Pour P3D, il ne reste que la 4e place pour l'instant, et SG n'arrive pas non plus à tenir la cadence. Mais on peut à tout moment s'attendre à ce que ce duo prenne son envol. L'AF est actuellement en très bonne forme à la 6e place, ça serait enfin une lueur d'espoir. Par contre, CNT, [H] et GPUUG ne sont pas très loin et sont tout à fait capables de plumer le coq. Et ce sont justement les Tchèques qui attisent le feu avec ardeur en ce moment.

NT (#10) reste en dehors de tout ça et tente tranquillement d'amener le résultat à bon port. Nous verrons bien si les équipes de RKN (#11) et MK, qui se livrent une lutte intestine, feront échouer ce plan. Sa course de rattrapage n'a pas été récompensée à la Course Urbaine, mais ici, ça a marché. BOINC.Italy (#14) se saisit de EVGA (#15) et se détache ainsi aussi de BOINC@AUSTRALIA et d'AMD, qui vient de décrocher le wagon de 2ch (#18).

Chinese Dream s'est placée à la 19e place, mais n'arrive pas à rattraper les Japonais. La question reste pour l'instant ouverte de savoir si B^S est capable de suivre les Rêveurs, alors que BC ne semble pas suivre sérieusement le Sprint.

Classement général
Après trois épreuves achevées, nous avons une image plus claire désormais. Elle montre ici et là déjà une évidence, mais, d'un autre côté, aussi des opportunités. Il devrait être difficile de détrôner TAAT, mais les choses sont encore floues derrière. LTT et l'Ukraine semblent en sécurité, mais les apparences sont trompeuses. Toutes deux profitent de leur leadership au Sprint et au Marathon. Toute modification pourrait rapidement inverser l'image. Cela signifie aussi que P3D n'est pas encore hors course dans la bagarre pour les médailles. Mais la Planète Verte doit aussi faire ses preuves, car la chance sourit uniquement à ceux qui travaillent dur.

Il devrait rester la 5e place pour SG et la 6e pour CNT, ce qui s'explique aussi par le fait que les concurrents se volent mutuellement des points. GPUUG (#7) pourrait encore les faire transpirer avec un excellent résultat au Sprint, mais je ne m'y attends pas. En revanche, [H] pourrait encore attaquer GPUUG et n'a sans doute plus rien à perdre non plus.

Pour cela, l'AF, BOINC@AUSTRALIA et NT sont trop loin. Ce sont justement les Australiens qui ont encore un grand potentiel, car ils sont vraiment à la traîne en ce moment au Sprint. Derrière, la 12e place a l'air pas mal pour RKN, car LITOMYSL devrait déjà faire un effort exceptionnel pour pouvoir encore changer la donne.

On ne sait pas non plus qui finira par prendre la 14e place. Pour l'instant, BOINC.Italy tient la corde, mais MK sont tout près. EVGA devrait récupérer la 16e place, car 2ch est déjà assez loin derrière.

Qui passera la ligne d'arrivée avec la lanterne rouge à la fin? Pour l'instant, on ne sait pas encore. Avec sa 18e place, AMD a actuellement la meilleure position pour éviter cette situation traumatisante, mais Chinese Dream, B^S et BC n'en sont qu'à un battement de cil. La décision viendra très probablement du Sprint.

Die nächste Entscheidung ist gefallen und somit können sich die Teams auf die letzten beiden Disziplinen konzentrieren. Wer noch durch die grüne Hölle muss und ob Zutaten für diverse Zaubertränke noch rechtzeitig kommen, werden wir in den nächsten Stunden erleben.

Stadtlauf mit Anziehung (Einstein@Home)
Der Sieg geht an GPUUG, die ihre Stärke auf dieser Strecke wieder ausspielen konnten und so ihren Vorjahressieg wiederholten. TAAT hatte da am Ende keine Chance mehr, sollte mit Silber aber zufrieden sein. Ukraine holte dahinter verdient die erste Einzelmedaille und darf sich über Bronze freuen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch.

Nur #4 bleibt LTT, womit sie wichtige Punkte für die Gesamtwertung liegen lassen. SG (#5) kam mit Turboboost ins Ziel, allerdings brachte dieser nichts mehr ein, außer P3D (#6) noch einsamer zurückzulassen. Der Grüne Planet fuhr damit das schlechteste Einzelergebnis seit 2020 ein.

Dagegen darf BOINC@AUSTRALIA mehr als zufrieden sein, denn mit #7 fuhren die Kängurus die beste Platzierung seit 2021 ein und bestätigen damit ihre gute Form in diesem Jahr. CNT lief auf #8 ins Ziel und damit etwas schlechter als bei den vorangegangenen Disziplinen. AF wird mit #9 zufrieden sein, denn es ist bisher die beste Platzierung in diesem Jahr.

[H] ließ am Ende auch nichts mehr anbrennen und sicherte #10 ab. NT (#11) hatte am Ende nicht mehr genügend Kraftreserven, um da noch zu folgen. Während LITOMYSL in Ruhe auf #12 durchs Ziel ging, weckte RKN endlich mal die eigene Rechenkraft, um #13 zu erobern. Am Schlusstag gaben sie richtig Gas und rasten noch an EVGA vorbei, denen damit #14 bleibt.

Wie befürchtet wurde dahinter die Aufholjagd von BOINC.Italy nicht belohnt. Es fehlte nicht viel und sie wären noch an B^S (#15) vorbeigegangen, aber leider reichte es nicht ganz. So bleibt #16 in der Abrechnung stehen. Platz 17 fuhr 2ch ein, die mit einem ebenfalls furiosen Endspurt MK überrumpelten, denen somit #18 bleibt.

Rang 19 bleibt AMD, die sich dies in Ruhe anschauen konnten. Nah genug für Details, zu weit weg, um mitzuspielen. BC sicherte #20 ab, was auch daran lag, dass Chinese Dream (#21) am Ende nicht mehr viel tat.

Marathon (MilkyWay@home)
Wie stellt sich nun die Lage auf der Milchstraße dar? Die Abstände sind naturgemäß bereits groß. Wer also noch attackieren will, sollte nicht auf die letzten Stunden warten, und ist gut beraten, heute bereits zu beschleunigen.

Ukraine führt das Feld an und mit jeder Stunde wächst die Wahrscheinlichkeit des Sieges. TAAT scheint nicht angreifen zu wollen. Das wäre die Chance für P3D, die grüne Hölle zu entfesseln. Ob sie diese Chance nutzen?

Dahinter werden LTT, SG und CNT wohl kaum noch attackieren, da der Sprint für dieses Trio wahrscheinlich Priorität hat. Oder überraschen uns die Tschechen noch? Sicher halte ich #7 für GPUUG noch nicht, auch wenn AF selten durch große Endspurts auffällt. Zumindest scheint von hinten für beide keine Gefahr.

Das Tempo von [H] (#9), BOINC@AUSTRALIA (#10) und RKN (#11) reicht nicht aus, um weiter nach vorne zu kommen. Dafür geht es zwischen diesem Trio heiß her und sehr eng zu. Hier könnte sich am Schlusstag noch einiges tun.

Auch dahinter ist zwischen BOINC.Italy und 2ch noch alles drin. Die Italiener sind mit Schwung vorbeigegangen und wollen sich jetzt absetzen. Auf #14 ist noch NT unterwegs, lässt es aber zu, dass MK und EVGA immer näher kommen. Die beiden Verfolger rangeln intensivst miteinander und könnten nebenbei NT noch überraschen.

Für LITOMYSL ist #17 wohl auch die Endplatzierung, da AMD, Chinese Dream, BC und B^S nicht flott genug sind und es auch nicht danach aussieht, dass diese Teams noch Kraft genug für einen Angriff haben.

Sprint (NFS@Home)
Hier ist die Spannungsrakete abgehoben. Derzeit haben wir drei Teams, die Siegchancen haben. LTT führt derzeit vor TAAT und Ukraine. Abstände sind eng und das Tempo ähnlich, hier kann jeder Zwischenspurt oder Ausrutscher entscheiden.

Für P3D bleibt da vorerst nur #4 und auch SG kann bisher dem Tempo nicht folgen. Dem Duo ist aber jederzeit zuzutrauen, dass es durchstartet. Sehr gut unterwegs ist aktuell AF auf #6, das wäre doch mal wieder ein Lichtblick. Allerdings sind CNT, [H] und GPUUG nicht weit weg und sind durchaus in der Lage, den Hahn zu rupfen. Und gerade die Tschechen feuern gerade den Ofen kräftig an.

NT auf #10 hält sich derzeit aus allem raus und versucht in Ruhe, das Ergebnis ins Ziel zu bringen. Ob die im Infight befindlichen Teams von RKN (#11) und MK diesen Plan noch vereiteln, wird sich zeigen. Beim Stadtlauf wurde ihre Aufholjagd nicht belohnt, aber jetzt hat es geklappt: BOINC.Italy (#14) ergreift EVGA (#15) und löst sich so auch von BOINC@AUSTRALIA und AMD, die gerade 2ch (#18) abgehängt haben.

Chinese Dream hat sich auf #19 gesetzt, kann aber nicht auf die Japaner aufholen. Offen bleibt derzeit, ob B^S in der Lage ist, den Träumern zu folgen, wogegen BC den Sprint wohl nicht ernsthaft verfolgt.

Gesamtwertung
Nach drei abgeschlossenen Disziplinen haben wir ein inzwischen klareres Bild. Das zeigt hier und da bereits Klarheit, andererseits auch Chancen. TAAT wird kaum noch von der Spitze verdrängt werden können, doch dahinter sieht es nicht so klar aus. LTT und Ukraine scheinen sicher zu sein, doch das täuscht. Beide profitieren von den Führungen beim Sprint und Marathon. Veränderungen hier können das Bild schnell drehen. Das heißt auch, dass P3D im Kampf um die Medaillen noch nicht endgültig aus dem Rennen ist. Der Grüne Planet ist dafür aber auch gefordert, Glück hat eben nur der Tüchtige.

Für SG bleibt wohl #5 und CNT #6, was auch daran liegt, dass sich die Konkurrenz gegenseitig die Punkte klaut. GPUUG (#7) könnte durch ein tolles Sprintergebnis die beiden noch ins Schwitzen bringen, doch erwarte ich das nicht. [H] könnte dagegen GPUUG noch attackieren und hat wohl auch nichts mehr zu verlieren.

Dafür sind AF, BOINC@AUSTRALIA und NT zu weit weg. Gerade die Australier haben noch eine Menge Potenzial, da sie derzeit beim Sprint echt schlecht unterwegs sind. Dahinter sieht #12 für RKN recht gut aus, denn LITOMYSL müsste sich jetzt schon außergewöhnlich steigern, um hier noch etwas bewegen zu können.

Offen ist auch, wer am Ende auf #14 eingeht. Derzeit hat BOINC.Italy die Nase vorn, doch MK sind dicht dran. Für EVGA wird wohl #16 stehen, da 2ch schon recht weit entfernt ist.

Wer muss am Ende mit der roten Laterne durchs Ziel? Noch ist das völlig offen. AMD hat mit #18 derzeit die beste Position, um diesem Trauma zu entgehen, doch Chinese Dream, B^S und BC sind nur einen Wimpernschlag entfernt. Der Sprint wird hier wohl die Entscheidung bringen.
