Improved error handling with hmmer 5.08: We have released a new hmmer application due to several errors that occured with the last series of workunits. The errors resulted from unusual protein sequences and were not handled by the original HMMer sources our application is based on. Hmmer 5.08 catches those calculation errors now properly, therefore the number of broken workunits should decrease during the next days.
