Dear Pentathletes,
the last Pentathlon is already almost eleven months in the past, so it is high time to look ahead. SETI.Germany invites to the 15th BOINC Pentathlon, which will start on 5 May and run for 14 days, as usual.
This year, the Marathon is back on the schedule. The obstacles that were introduced two years ago and yield bonus points when being crossed are not on the long track this time, but on one of the shorter tracks: Steeplechase replaces Cross Country and will run for seven days, during which two one-day obstacles yield a bonus between 20% and 50%. City Run, Sprint, and Javelin Throw remain unchanged, the projects are now universally announced 2-3 days prior to the start of each discipline.

le dernier Pentathlon remonte déjà à près de onze mois, il est donc grand temps de regarder en avant. SETI.Germany vous invite pour le 15e BOINC Pentathlon qui débutera, comme d'habitude, le 5 mai et durera deux semaines.
Cette année verra le retour du Marathon dans le programme du challenge. Les obstacles introduits il y a deux ans, dont le passage donne droit à des points bonus, ne se dresseront pas sur la piste longue cette année, mais sur une piste plus courte: le Steeplechase remplacera le Cross-country et durera sept jours. Durant cette période, deux obstacles d'une journée pourront rapporter entre 20% et 50% de points bonus. La Course urbaine, le Sprint et le Lancer de javelot restent inchangés. Désormais, tous les projets seront annoncés uniformément 2 à 3 jours avant le départ de chaque discipline.

schon wieder liegt der letzte Pentathlon fast elf Monate zurück, sodass es höchste Zeit wird, den Blick nach vorne zu richten. SETI.Germany lädt zum 15. BOINC Pentathlon ein, der wie gewohnt am 5. Mai beginnen und 14 Tage dauern wird.
In diesem Jahr kehrt der Marathon in das Wettkampfprogramm zurück. Die vor zwei Jahren eingeführten Hindernisse, bei deren Überquerung Bonuspunkte vergeben werden, stehen dieses Mal nicht auf der Langstrecke, sondern auf einer der kürzeren Strecken: Das Jagdrennen ersetzt das Querfeldein und wird sieben Tage dauern, wobei zwei eintägige Hindernisse zwischen 20% und 50% Bonuspunkte einbringen können. Stadtlauf, Sprint und Speerwerfen bleiben unverändert, die Bekanntgabe der Projekte erfolgt nun einheitlich 2-3 Tage vor dem Start der jeweiligen Disziplin.
