Epia TC

Hi,
I'm curious about the Via Epia TC mainboard. It was announced and published on the Via website several months ago.
However I've never found this board in retail or a product with it since then.
I got the information that the TC will not be released to consumer market.

So, it seems to me that it is never available for noone.

Are there already any products with this board?
How can I as a consumer obtain the TC?
What are your plans with it?
