Hallo alle miteinander

Da wir schon einen GPU2 & GPU3 PPD Vergleichsthread haben, dachte ich wir sollten auch einen SMP Vergleichsthread haben.

Hier soll eigentlich speziell nur SMP Client verglichen werden. Es wäre super wenn wir auch den Geschwindigkeitsunterschied zwischen Windows & Linux vergleichen könnten, und auftretende Probleme beseitigen.

Um die PPD Werte auszulesen nutze ich das Programm HFM.NET.

Bei dem SMP Client sollte ihr auch den Passkey eingeben dadurch bekommt ihr Bonuspunkte.
Einfach den Benutzernamen & E-Mail Adresse eingeben, dann bekommt ihr per Mail den 32 stelligen Passkey.

Ich verwende den Tracker V2 ist einfach zu bedienen und auch stabil.

Das ergibt eine ganzschöne Menge an Kombinationen. Ob da noch eine Vergleichbarkeit zu erreichen ist.

Sind in Deinen PPD-Angaben schon die Bonus-Punkte mit eingerechnet?
Wenn ja, dann pose ich hier mal besser nicht mit meinen Linux-Werten

nein das wurde von Tracker ausgerechnet.
Der i7 hatte gesamt eine Punkte ausbeute von 29.078 Punkte Gutschrift. Im durchschnitt per WU waren es 3634,75 Punkte. Da es leider einmalig war, kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen, außer das die CPU von Freitag 12.00 bis Montag 09.30 gefaltet hatte.
Linux Werte wäre super wenn du posten könntest. Sicher es ergeben sich viele Werte aber ich denke es ist es wert zu vergleichen.
Ich werde erst nächste Woche noch die PPD Werte eines PII620 2x2,8Ghz Mobile posten.

Um meine Grafikkarten ordentlich falten lassen zu können, muß ich sie unter Windows laufen lassen. Warum ich ungern die CPU unter Windows falten lasse, sehe ich jetzt unter anderem an der WU 6901.
Unter Windows 7 64-Bit braucht mein Rechner zu Hause 40 Stunden. Die gleiche WU unter Linux 64-Bit braucht 35 Stunden.

Habe meinen neuen 2600K auch einmal mit dem SMP Client
getestet.
Project 6900 hatte laut Anzeige etwas über 30000 PPD.
Leider scheint das Ergebnis nicht gesendet worden zu sein,
sondern auf meiner Festplatte gespeichert?
